Position Summary: The Director of Human Resources(Americas) is responsible for directing the people functions of the organization within the Americas in accordance with the policies and practices of Electro Rent Corporation.  He/she will lead the Americas’ HR team but will also coordinate in partnership with our HR Directors in Europe and Asia.  Within the Amercias’ region this person will have direct oversight of employee relations, benefits & compensation administration, performance management, health & safety, and recruiting. Converts customers’ needs to order for the appropriate product, program or service. Sets up and executes orders in the Company’s ERP in accordance with the commitments made to the customer. Technicians assist the Production Manager, under the Production Supervisor, in ensuring appropriate procedures (functional testing and process) are being followed and appropriately maintained and are also involved in troubleshooting and repairing equipment, as necessary. Technicians may be required to act as a team leader and provide direction and guidance to other technicians performing these assignments.
