Position Summary: The Director of Human Resources(Americas) is responsible for directing the people functions of the organization within the Americas in accordance with the policies and practices of Electro Rent Corporation.  He/she will lead the Americas’ HR team but will also coordinate in partnership with our HR Directors in Europe and Asia.  Within the Amercias’ region this person will have direct oversight of employee relations, benefits & compensation administration, performance management, health & safety, and recruiting.
