At Electro Rent, we’re looking for a motivated Account Executive to help grow and support our customer base across the Dallas Metroplex, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas.

This is an opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys being in front of customers, developing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and building a successful territory. You’ll work alongside experienced sales and technical teams while developing deeper expertise in the test and measurement industry.

This is a remote field sales position, and the successful candidate should reside within the Dallas Metroplex.

What You’ll Do

• Build and strengthen relationships with customers throughout your territory.
• Prospect, follow up on leads, and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular in-person customer visits and develop your field sales presence.
• Understand customer needs and connect them with the right Electro Rent solutions.
• Manage opportunities, customer activity, and pipeline information in Salesforce.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Solutions, Marketing, and technical teams to develop competitive solutions.
• Support account planning, local campaigns, customer events, and territory growth.
• Develop your knowledge of Electro Rent’s solutions, customers, and the test and measurement industry.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of B2B sales, inside sales, sales support, account management, or related customer-facing experience.
• A genuine interest in developing a successful field sales career.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-through skills.
• A proactive, goal-oriented approach and willingness to prospect for new opportunities.
• Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Experience in technology, electronics, engineering, telecommunications, aerospace and defense, test and measurement, or another technical B2B environment is a plus.
