- Knowledge of production planning which is typically gained through A.S, degree in related discipline, and one-year experience in a calibration and planner role; or High School graduate with four years equivalent technical work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to apply knowledge of calibration, electronic test equipment, process controls in daily activity
- Ability to add value to improvement actions, identify process risk, and suggest mitigating actions.
- Ability to safely handle and move equipment up to 25 pounds, with vision adequate to perform inspections of equipment, read and write in English, use MS Outlook, MS Office, and MS Word in daily activity, and access and effectively use the company ERP.
- AS 2-year degree required
- 4-years technical experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
All positions will require, to some degree, the physical abilities described below to perform the essential functions of the job in a warehouse
- Work the expected hours, consistently arrive at work at the agreed time and follow Company rules and guidelines regarding breaks and meal periods. Full time is typically considered to be 40 hours per week
- Communicate effectively both orally as well as written. Ability to be understood in face-to-face communication, in person or remote, to speak with level of proficiency and volume to be understood over a telephone or computer.
- Ability to encounter constant work interruptions; work cooperatively with others; work independently; work indoors. Prolonged periods of standing and working at a computer. Work in a low to moderate noise environment with frequent deadline pressures.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds and be able to move equipment with help up to 150 pounds.
- Be able to read documents. Ability to read small print and view a computer screen for prolong periods, prepare, or inspect documents and operate office equipment.
- Ability to hear average or typical conversations and receive ordinary information. Communicate effectively via phone
Travel Requirements: This position may require travel to our corporate offices or other facilities if needed.
Salary Range: $72,000 to $80,000
