The Equipment Support Technician ensures proper and timely flow of products and equipment from arrival until stored or shipped, following established policies and procedures. Performs the physical, technical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment, while following policies, procedures and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for proper handling, movement and stocking of equipment according to Company policies and procedures.
  • Enters transactions into the Company's data base (PERFECT and/or D365) and maintains associated documentation.
  • Visually inspects equipment for damage and cleanliness and reports accordingly
  • Ensures equipment is routed as required by type of transaction and product segment.
  • Counts and visually verifies inventory as directed
  • Performs special inventory projects and performs other tasks when required.

Qualifications

  • Good written and oral communication skills are necessary.
  • Requires good basic data entry skills and familiarity with barcode equipment.
  • PC literacy preferred.
  • Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to work multiple tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to perform the required physical elements of the job (listed below).
  • Must be able to access, input and retrieve data from Company database.
