We’re looking for a dynamic, driven professional to take ownership of a high-value, revenue-critical named account in the aerospace and defense industry. - Own & Grow: Manage a key global account, expanding our influence and footprint through strategic engagement.
- Sell Strategically: Conduct in-person meetings with executives and decision-makers to uncover needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Plan with Purpose: Build and execute sophisticated account plans to grow revenue and identify whitespace.
- Lead Complex Sales: Drive technical solution sales, navigate negotiations, and close multi-faceted deals.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Work with marketing on account-based strategies and help shape the success of junior sales teammates.
- Deliver Results: Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and performance insights to align with our growth goals.
- Proven success in B2B technical or industrial sales, especially with strategic customer portfolios.
- Mastery of value-based selling and complex deal cycles.
- Strong consultative and negotiation skills with executive presence.
- CRM fluency, preferably Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%+).
