As a Sales Specialist, you’ll take charge of revenue generation—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and expanding customer relationships. You’ll engage with engineers, procurement teams, and technical buyers across industries, bringing value through tailored solutions, fast execution, and outstanding service. • Drive high-velocity selling through targeted campaigns and customer outreach.
• Execute structured outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing.
• Engage and expand customer accounts with upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery.
• Deliver excellent customer service and proactive communication.
• Share insights with marketing/product teams on trends and customer needs.
• Participate in sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
• 2+ years of sales or business development experience
• Proven success managing full sales cycles
• Confident, consultative communicator with persuasive skills
• Salesforce and sales enablement tool savvy
• Organized, motivated, and effective at juggling multiple deals
• LinkedIn outreach and networking experience
• Technical aptitude or familiarity with electronic/test equipment a plus
