Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Sales Manager, you'll be the catalyst behind a talented team of Inside Sales Specialists. You'll drive outbound strategy, sharpen execution, and unlock growth in your assigned territories. In short—you’ll lead, inspire, and win.

 

Your impact includes:

  • Coaching and developing a high-performance sales team

  • Leading outbound strategies to drive revenue and build customer relationships

  • Collaborating across departments to deliver best-in-class solutions

  • Ensuring pipeline health and CRM excellence (we speak Salesforce fluently!)

  • Championing growth in untapped markets

Qualifications

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who blends strategic thinking, contagious energy, and proven leadership:

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role

  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets and coaching teams to success

  • Expertise in inside sales, preferably in capital equipment or tech

  • Familiarity with verticals like aerospace, semiconductors, or telecom

  • A strong handle on Salesforce and sales enablement tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.)
