    Essential Functions

    • Daily administration support of Electro Rent's SFDC data base including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
    • Working with Management and end users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation and triggers
    • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
    • Create and document application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes including program staff and external consultants as required.
    • Administration responsibility for Xactly commission reporting system
    • Manage the software testing process, which includes developing test plans, creating test cases and coordinating the actual software testing
    • Keeping up to date on new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
    • Train new and existing users on how to use data base applications
    • Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements
    • Provide application users with technical support
    • Drive the bookings and revenue forecasting process monthly
    • Develop and produce analytics to gain better insight into the business and share trends and observations with sales management
    • Administer the quota allocation process providing key data for sales incentive plan development
    • Manage the sales operations team


    • 3+ years of Salesforce experience, Salesforce certification preferred
    • Experience with Callidus or Exactly commission software desired
    • Close attention to Detail
    • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team on multiple projects.
    • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
    • Knowledge typically gained through four (4) years of business analysis experience and programming in a relational database environment with Microsoft SQL Service, SSIS, and Visual Studio.
    • Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Business preferred.
    • Ability to perform the required physical elements of the job (listed below).

    Measurement of Performance

    • Possesses project management skills to deliver thoroughly tested and well documented results in expected timeframe.
    • Works effectively with user base and MIS department.
    • General performance as defined by standard company performance evaluation form.


    • Reports to VP, Sales - Americas
    • Works closely with the Sales Department and Product Group.

     Physical Requirements

    • All positions will require, to some degree, the physical abilities described below in order to perform the essential functions of the job:
    • Work the expected hours, consistently arrive at work at the agreed time and follow Company rules and guidelines regarding breaks and meal periods.  Full time is typically considered to be 40 hours per week
    • Communicate effectively, both oral and written.
    • lift and/or move up to 10 pounds (i.e. books, reports, binders etc.)
    • regularly sit at the assigned workstation
    • use keyboard or equivalent equipment, to access the computer,
    • use hands to manipulate documents and general paperwork in order to view contents
    • read documents, reports, files etc.
