The Equipment Support Technician II is responsible for shipping (packaging and loading) and receiving (unpacking and unloading) equipment from or to customers, carriers, vendors or other Electro Rent offices. Performs visual quality inspections prior to receiving, stocking or shipping equipment and goods. Performs function tests and software loads. Maintains documentation and system information related to all incoming, stocking and outgoing transactions to ensure proper asset control.

Measurement of Performance
In addition to the above physical requirements all warehouse and field support positions requires the ability to lift 50 pounds of equipment or boxes above the head, alone, or with help lift 150 pounds.Â Must be able to climb stairs and operate machinery such as fork lifts, pallet jacks and foam machines.Â For position that include driving the employee must have the ability to access and safely operate a company van or vehicle.
