Responsibilities

The Customer Service Support Supervisor supervises the team responsible for resolving problems and service issues with equipment rented, leased or sold to Electro Rent customers. The Supervisor acts as a liaison with management in the development and maintenance of department systems and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Achievement of a BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in customer service or related area
  • Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and time management skills
  • Ability to supervise others with emphases on productivity and quality
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Electro Rent’s Billing and PO procedures is helpful
